Not many know i did this; at dawn on September 12th, 2001, I rode a bike down to Ground Zero with my camera. The towers has collapsed less than a day before. Army and NYPD were there, but they were too stunned to stop us from walking right into the site.
I had never meant to dwell on this. It didn't feel right, until now.

I have no bindery in Brazil, this book was entirely made in my mother's kitchen using whatever materials I could get around.
